"If it's a crime to be a Carbone groupie, then I'm guilty.  It is truly my second home.  Not only because I workout there 5-6 days per week, but mainly because the people there are like a family.  They welcome you with open (buff) arms and they inspire you to push yourself to limits you didn't even know you had.  
A year and a half ago I joined in hopes of shedding my post baby weight.  What I didn't know was I would accomplish that and so much more.  I lost over 20 pounds and 3 dress sizes.  But even more impressive and important was my new found dedication and frankly obsession with working out 6 days a week.  I've never enjoyed working out.  It was a necessary evil.  Now I revolve my entire schedule around making it to Carbone because I love it so much.  There is no greater FOMO than missing a workout at Carbone.

THIS IS A SOLO CHALLENGE (BUT, GRAB A FRIEND!)

Although this is a solo challenge, getting a friend involved as an extra support system always helps people excel.

*Also, you'll receive a $49 credit towards the challenge for every new friend you bring in that signs up for this challenge.  We want everyone looking good this Summer!  Friend may have come before, but is not a current participant. 


REGISTER YOURSELF & WE'LL SCHEDULE YOUR INBODY ASSESSMENT

Register yourself through the SIGN UP NOW box on this page and we'll reach out to you to set up your Inbody Body Composition assessment.  After fully registering, we'll get your starting measurements and go over what they mean with you and help you set a goal and how to accomplish it.

Unlike a regular scale, which only measures how much a person weighs; our Inbody machine will help us see our body composition in terms of muscle and body fat and allow us to make realistic goals without looking at "just the number on the scale".  Our main goal is to help you look great and feel great in your new clothes you'll be wearing in 6 weeks.

You'll acquire "points" for the percentage difference in body fat lost and also for percentage difference in muscle gained; therefore, people who have just a little fat to lose will have an equal chance to win as someone who has and can lose quite a bit more fat.

*All Inbody assessments will be scheduled for your start date and then again exactly 6 weeks following your first assessment.

Nutrition does not have to be perfect 100% of the time for you to see results.  Choose from foods on our healthy food lists and follow some simple rules we provide that will have you losing inches and body fat.

"I joined Carbone in January 2016 with no defined goals other than to get in shape and feel good about myself 5 months after having my second baby. Although in the beginning it was difficult to juggle bringing the kids with me and/or hiring a babysitter for an hour, I was so hooked that I did whatever it took to get there a few times a week to give myself that one hour. Now, a year and a half later, Carbone has become such a huge part of my life. I am there every day (except Sunday); I am sprinting and running (I have never been a runner), doing pull ups, flipping tires, bench pressing, pushing sleds, etc. Everyday there is something new and fresh to look forward to; and as a result, everyday I walk out of the gym feeling accomplished and strong.
